Mel Brown's woodturning
projects.
I began woodturning in 2003. It has
become a good hobby for
me to work at in between our mission trips.
I attend the Alabama Woodturners each month when I can. I get a lot of
good ideas and help from this group
of woodturners. They meet every second Saturday at 9 A.M. at the Homewood Seniors Citizen
Center in Homewood.

I turned 46 Tops for the Children's Hospital in Birmingham, AL for
a Christmas Project organized by the
Alabama Woodworkers Guild.
I decorated
about half of them and left the rest to be decorated by the children.
Small Weed Pots

Gift for Glenn & Gladys
My first spindle and chair - I had to use a lot of sand paper on these because I
had dull-cheap tools.
